The International Criminal Law Interest Group of the American Society of International Law is holding its annual Works-in-Progress workshop. Scholars will present the drafts of their current research and receive feedback intended to assist authors in developing the work.
Papers were selected from an international pool comprising both established and junior scholars. Each paper focuses on an aspect of international criminal law, including intersections with human rights, state responsibility and international humanitarian law. The workshop features presenters from institutions including the National University of Singapore, NYU Law School, Pace Law School, Temple Law School, University of Glasgow, Universidad Torcuato di Tell, University of Toronto and Vanderbilt Law School.
This event is cosponsored by the NYU Bernstein Institute for Human Rights.
