The event is a panel discussion on international-level dispute resolution for mass claims / human rights claims. The event was prompted by the publication of Prof Maya Steinitz's book, The Case for an International Court of Civil Justice, which is about the resolution of transnational mass tort claims. The event will consist of two panels, the first about the resolution of transnational civil mass claims and the second more specifically on the implications of and likely workings of international-level dispute resolution mechanisms for business and human rights claims.
