The Lecture will be presented by William (Rusty) Park, Professor of Law, Boston University. He has served as an arbitrator in both institutional and ad hoc proceedings and arbitrates in French as well as English. Subject matters include joint ventures, insurance, foreign investment, acquisitions, tax, gas price adjustment, loan agreements and licenses for intellectual property.

The event will start with a reception at 5:30PM followed by the lecture at 6:30pm. This event, sponsored by Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP is free and open to the public.
