International Organizations adopted internal rules on ethics to which their employees and contractors are subject. These rules also ensure that the workplace is safe and free from harassment and abuse. To this end, employees can report various types of discrimination, harassment, and hostile work environment. Given the diverse composition of the workforce in these organizations, which kinds of behavior get reported and sanctioned?
