Jointly sponsored by the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre and Hamad Bin Khalifa University, this webinar will explore how courts around the world have continued to function in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The panel will discuss issues relating to access to justice in times of international crises and how the judiciary and court administrations have facilitated new ways of working. The important impact of technology in ensuring that the work of the courts can continue, respond, and adapt in these difficult and challenging times will be considered.
