This three-day conference consists of a series of workshop panels centered on the forthcoming Elgar Research Handbook on Extraterritoriality and International Law. The public is invited to watch the discussions through a live webinar and to submit questions.
Conference hosts are Austen L. Parrish, dean and James H. Rudy Professor of Law, Indiana University Maurer School of Law, and Cedric Ryngaert, professor of public international law, Utrecht University School of Law, Utrecht Centre for Accountability and Liability Law.
