Freshfields and the American Society of International Law invite you to join us for the next installment of our Young Arbitrator Debate Series – co-sponsored by the ASIL Howard M. Holtzmann Research Center for the Study of International Arbitration and Conciliation.

Motion:

This house believes that international arbitral tribunals should incorporate the ICCA Guidelines on Standards of Practice in International Arbitration into their procedural orders as a means of increasing efficiency and reducing costs in arbitral proceedings.
