Mr. Donnelly ? who just retired from the foreign service after a distinguished career spanning 33 years and assignments across the world ? has most recently played a key role in advancing the Biden Administration?s international climate and energy policy goals. In this fireside chat, Mr. Donnelly will discuss his involvement in US-led energy diplomacy initiatives and his views on US foreign policy priorities in a shifting international order.
