Join Law Library of Congress foreign law specialists Jenny Gesley and Elin Hofverberg as they discuss the regulation of gender self-determination in select jurisdictions in Europe. In particular, the webinar will focus on the existence of gender self-determination laws, the possibility to identify as a third gender, the rules for changing a legal gender, and the use of ?X? as a gender marker in passports, among other topics. Similarities and differences in the countries' approaches will be highlighted.
