On September 22, 2021, the Secretariats of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) published the updated version (version three) of the draft Code of Conduct for Adjudicators in International Investment Disputes [3]. The Code of Conduct, which is developed under the work of UNCITRAL Working Group III (ISDS reforms), introduces principles and provisions related to independence and impartiality, fairness, efficiency, and civility.
