Description:
This short conference will highlight the many of facets of commercial and investment energy dispute arbitration and the issues that arise, including, gas pricing, and force majeure. It will also feature a discussion of energy disputes in Latin America and in Turkey. Ms. Meg Kinnear, Secretary-General of the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes, will keynote. The event is co-sponsored by the Georgetown Arab Lawyers Organization. A reception will follow. The conference takes place on the 12th Floor of the Gewirz Student Center.
