As part of the Global Engagement Series organized by the American Society of International Law (ASIL) in advance of the 2022 ASIL Annual Meeting, ASIL and the European Society of International Law (ESIL) will hold a joint virtual roundtable on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The invasion has created a dramatic, fast-evolving, and multi-faceted situation. In this panel, leading international law experts will address the significance of the events that unfolded in the first 30 days and tease out possible ways forward for affected populations, individual countries, and the international order.
