This conference will feature (I) a Keynote Address by Jessica Tuchman Mathews, Distinguished Fellow (and former President), Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and (II) two panel discussions, one on recent developments in U.S. treaty law and practice and the other on litigating foreign relations law in the Trump Administrations. Profs. David P. Stewart (Georgetown University Law Center) and Prof. Paul Dubinsky, (Wayne State University Law School) will moderate.
