The purpose of this two-day workshop is to explore and assess our understandings of international law in current debates among international legal scholars in the West, with the aim of understanding and building on its theoretical foundations.
The event is cosponsored by ASIL's International Legal Theory Interest Group and ASIL Academic Partner University of Richmond School of Law and is organized by Chiara Giorgetti (University of Richmond School of Law) and Guglielmo Verdirame (King's College London).
