The International Intellectual Property Interest Group of the American Society of International Law is organizing an online panel centered around the themes of intellectual property management & enforcement.
The panel will be divided into two parts. The first will be a panel on cross-border intellectual property management. The panelists will tackle current issues and challenges that rights holders encounter in licensing intellectual property rights. The panelists will also comprehensively discuss best practices of intellectual property portfolio management.
The second panel on cross border enforcement will tackle issues that rights holders encounter when enforcing across various jurisdictions. The panelists will tackle strategies for cross border enforcement, infringement in the digital era, and dispute resolution. The event is supported by the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and the District of Columbia Bar. It will feature experts from the United States, Europe, and Asia.
